As we wrap up 2025, the ANZMRL Board extends our heartfelt thanks to all of you for your awhi, tautoko, passion and commitment throughout the year. It has been wonderful to be part of a kaupapa that continues to grow from strength to strength in participation across the age grades, while also uplifting our people through the celebration of our culture, of our whakapapa, and of being Māori – Tū Māori!

With the season now complete, we will be taking time to take stock, to reflect on the year, and plan ahead for 2026 and future tournament operations. I kindly ask for your patience as the board works through this process.  We know how important it is to plan and prepare with confidence and we are committed to enhancing the way our tournaments are delivered and managed.

With that in mind, you can expect to see some changes across our tournaments moving forward. We will share updates with you as soon as they are confirmed.  In the meantime, any questions or queries you have should be directed to our secretary with myself as chair cc’d also:
